Terms and conditions
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms apply when you use nlpcentersweden.com and when you take part in coaching or training with NLP Center Sweden. They are written to be read, not to be hidden behind. If anything is unclear, ask us before you book.
Who you are dealing with
NLP Center Sweden is run by MOSO International AB, Stockholm, Sweden. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean MOSO International AB, and "you" means the person using this website or taking part in a coaching or training programme.
You can reach us at info@nlpcentersweden.com or through the contact form.
Using this website
The content on this website is for general information about NLP, coaching and our training programmes. We keep it as accurate as we can, but it is not professional advice for your specific situation, and it does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
The texts, images and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, share links and quote short passages with a reference to us. You may not copy the site or our course material and present it as your own.
Coaching and training
Our training programmes follow the INLPTA curriculum and the ethical standards of ANLP. Certification is issued when the requirements of the level are met, including attendance and the assessment work set by the trainer.
Fees, dates, payment terms and the conditions for cancelling or moving a booking are confirmed in writing when you book a programme. They form part of the agreement between us for that programme.
Coaching and training are developmental work. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after a programme. If a situation needs another kind of professional help, we will say so and refer you on rather than continue.
Messages you send us
When you send us a message through the contact form, you agree that we store your details to answer and follow up on your enquiry. What we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have is described in our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep this website available and correct, but we cannot guarantee that it is free from interruptions or errors. To the extent Swedish law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute is handled by a Swedish court, unless mandatory consumer protection rules give you other rights.
