Privacy policy

NLP Center Sweden is run by MOSO International AB, Stockholm, Sweden. MOSO International AB is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

For any question about your personal data, email us at info@nlpcentersweden.com or send a message through the contact form on this website.

When you send a message through our contact form we collect:

• your name and email address
• your phone number, if you choose to give it
• what you are interested in, and the message you write
• that you accepted this policy, and when

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website, and we do not collect any other personal data about you.

• to answer your message and follow up on your enquiry
• to give you information about the coaching or training you asked about
• to keep a record of our contact with you

We do not send you newsletters or marketing based on the contact form. We will only do that if you give separate consent for it.

The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6.1 a), which you give when you accept this policy before sending the form, and our legitimate interest in answering and following up on enquiries we receive (article 6.1 f).

We never sell your data. We only share it with the service providers we need to run this website and handle your enquiry. They process the data on our behalf and only according to our instructions:

• Base44, which hosts this website and stores the messages sent through the form
• Brevo, where we keep our contact list
• an email delivery service that sends us a notification when you submit the form

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. When that happens, the transfer is protected by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We keep your data for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. We delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless you have become a client or participant, or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• get a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• have incorrect data corrected
• have your data deleted
• restrict or object to how we use your data
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it

If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
